Warranty After Sale Service Warranty Waranty information (05-2008 – subject to change) Thank you for purchasing our products. The quality and craftsmanship built into every Archi Kids furniture allows us to offer a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and / or materials (only furniture itself, other than fabric, mattress, accessories and etc). Proof of purchase with date, place of purchase and purchase price is required to obtain service under this warranty. If service resulting from any covered defect is required during the 1 year after purchase or delivery (the latter is applied), your Archi Kids furniture will be repaired without charge for labor and materials or, at manufacturer's option, replaced, exclusive of transportation costs. Please kindly note that there might be changes or discontinuity in the product range and model, the identical material may not be available as replacement. In such cases, Trawin Marketing Sdn Bhd will suggest a substitution of comparable quality. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or the following circumstances: The products have been stored or install incorrectly, used inappropriately, cuts, scratches, impacts, accidents, abused, misused, altered, yellow discolouration, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. To any damage to the outer coating or veneer, including scratches, wear and tear, and etc. When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material Any unauthorized repairs to the product.
